Member Business: Club Savor
Your Name: Roger Curlin, Owner
What has been your biggest success?
Club Savor is the area’s favorite local dining club. We launched at the end of 2016, and in a little over a year have built a passionate following of over 1,000 members, 52 restaurants and bars + nearly 100 small businesses with values in the categories of Beauty, Shopping, Health, Pets, Travel, and Entertainment. We have kept the monthly membership fee under $30 and continue to add new destinations, value, and collaborative relationships for our members. With members getting half off entrees and an alcoholic drink + half off with other savings all over town, we are proud to have saved members thousands of dollars.
What has contributed to your success in St. Pete?
The collaborative spirit is St. Pete has been a major force behind our success. From the tech/marketing design work with Big Sea to our promotions relationship with Easy Social Media Posts – collaborations with Delivery Dudes, Le Anne’s Cheesecakes, GoZone Wifi and more… teaming up with other great organizations has made it fun to grow our brand. St. Pete and its surrounding cities are very focused on local business and entrepreneurs, plus the area Chambers and strong networking, business support system are unrivaled in their outreach. Our thanks to the Chambers, Keep St. Pete Local, LocalShops1, KMA Network, Entrepreneur Social Club and so many others for making us feel welcome and helping us grow.
Tell us about your favorite St. Pete small business.
I can’t play favorites – I love all the 140+ businesses under the Club Savor umbrella + the hundreds of other businesses we regularly interact with. It’s this networked attitude of We Rise Together that makes this area special.
