2019 Good ‘Burger Award Winners

We had a record breaking year celebrating the 7th Annual Good ‘Burger Awards presented by The Bank of Tampa and Compass Land & Title, LLC, at the beautiful 737 Event Venue (formerly the Mirror Lake Lyceum).

With community participation reaching 10,800+ votes, 700 registered attendees, and 60 sponsors – we can honestly say Good ‘Burger represents the Best of the ‘Burg. With that said, we are excited to recognize the 2019 Good ‘Burger Award recipients.

737 Event Venue hosted over Chamber members, community partners and ‘Burgers to celebrate to celebrate the individuals, organizations and business that make St. Pete the best place to live, work and play.

Miguel Fuller, host of the Miguel and Holly morning show, from the popular radio station HOT 101.5 emceed the event – keeping the laughs, spirit, and love of St. Pete flowing throughout the evening.

This year’s event featured delicious food tastings from 10 local eateries including: Bayou Catering, Burger Monger, Ciccio Cali, Datz, Dr. BBQ, Golden Dinosaurs Vegan Deli, Go to Steve’s Restaurants and Catering, Locale Market, FarmTable Cucina, Pacific Counter, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and Salty Sisters Gourmet Popcorn.

Other unique event features included a St. Pete Store pop-up shop, a Mr. Sun ice luge by Doggery Craft Ice, and a make-and-take station for bath salts and soaps from The Refillery St. Pete – a refill and zero-waste store.

Winners received handcrafted, one of a kind glass awards created and designed by glass artist, Matthew Piepenbrok, with the Morean Arts Center.
