On February 8, the St. Pete Chamber of Commerce had the pleasure of celebrating the ribbon cutting for Foodie Labs, a culinary center nestled in the heart of the Warehouse Art District at 515 22nd Street South, Saint Petersburg, FL. This event marked a significant addition to our vibrant community, connecting the world of food with art and offering a creative showcase for chefs, ghost kitchens, caterers, and food enthusiasts alike.

A Culinary Hub in the Warehouse Arts District

Foodie Labs stands as a beacon of culinary innovation and creativity. Located on the ArtsXChange campus, it offers an extensive array of dining options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even late-night cravings. Beyond serving delicious meals, Foodie Labs hosts special culinary events and provides space for private gatherings, making it a versatile venue for all food-related festivities.

For aspiring food entrepreneurs, Foodie Labs is nothing short of a treasure trove. With six ghost kitchens, two bake stations, a professional demonstration kitchen, and ample event space, it provides the resources needed to flourish in the food industry. The center's three-tier mentoring and marketing program further supports individuals by offering certifications, licensing, classes, and networking opportunities.

Chamber Community Connection at Foodie Labs

Adding to the excitement, our recent Chamber Community Connection event also took place at Foodie Labs. This gathering, which occurs every second Thursday of the month, is a testament to the Chamber's commitment to fostering connections within our business community. The evening was filled with fun, networking, and an array of prizes, thanks to generous contributions from local businesses.

Foodie Labs graciously provided an assortment of treats and a basket of goodies as door prizes, alongside a unique bird sculpture from Nauti-Bird and a wellness package from Massage Nerd. We were honored to have Mayor Ken Welch among the attendees, highlighting the event's significance to our community.

The culinary delights were courtesy of Foodie Labs' resident businesses, including Bagel Babe Co., The Toasty Bros, Shaner's Market, Cybel Restaurant, A Good Human, Happy Endings Fusion Desserts, and Peanut Butter Rush. Beverages were provided by 7C Coffee, with music by David Gulina, creating an unforgettable atmosphere.
