The Annual Meeting is where we look back at the work we've done together, honor the individuals who have made a real impact on this community, and formally welcome the leaders stepping forward to guide us into the next chapter.

St. Pete Brick Pitch
Five pitches. One winner. An entire community cheering them on.
St. Pete is a city that builds things — businesses, ideas, movements, futures. Pitch Night is where that entrepreneurial spirit comes alive in one room.
Every year the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce hosts Pitch Night — a friendly but fiercely exciting competition where five local entrepreneurs step up, make their case, and compete for a cash prize to fuel their startup dream. It's part competition, part community celebration, and entirely St. Pete.
Five participants. A panel of local expert judges. A live audience that votes for their favorite. And a cash grand prize that goes to the entrepreneur the community believes in most.
But Pitch Night is about more than the competition. It's about what happens when a city that genuinely supports its entrepreneurs gets in a room together — the connections made, the ideas sparked, the collaborations that start over a handshake after the winner is announced. Past Pitch Night finalists have gone on to build some of St. Pete's most exciting businesses. The next one could be in that room with you.
FUN FACT
In 2025, four of the five Pitch Night finalists were 1 Million Cups alumni — proof that showing up, sharing your idea, and letting the St. Pete community weigh in really works.

Entrepreneurial Academy®
Spring Cohort Starts: January 26, 2026
Monday evenings
Time: 6 – 9 pm
Classes will be held at The St. Petersburg Greenhouse
The Entrepreneurial Academy® Supported by LMCU is an eight-week in-person course that teaches existing and future entrepreneurs the essentials of starting and owning a business.
The weekly content is practical, applied and resource-rich. Over 8 weeks, students have an opportunity to learn through compelling stories of entrepreneurship, resilience, and innovation.
These instructors and business leaders share one thread in common– they’re connections for life. These relationships don’t end when the program does.
Cost: Tuition for the program is $449.
